Work package 1: Services - Agile innovation network
The agile innovation network forms the structured development framework to create the conditions for the didactically and technically competent and goal-oriented use of digital learning tools by teachers and students.
The innovation network systematically collects, records and evaluates ideas and needs of teachers and students with regard to additions and further developments of existing digital learning technologies. This user-oriented approach is supplemented by proposals for new educational technologies, the development of which the e-didactic experts of the network partners continuously monitor and contribute to the innovation network. The aim is to establish processes that collect data on the needs and requirements of users and then reflect these in corresponding developments and services. In this sense, the innovation network is a virtual umbrella under which the development and support facilities of the network partners come together and through which support and service solutions can be accessed.

The checklist provides an overview of responsibilities and legal requirements that must be observed when using digital tools. It does not replace advice on data protection law, but offers support in the selection of data protection-compliant tools. In principle, the requirements of Clausthal University of Technology must be taken into account.
Cross-university survey of service and support employees
The demands placed on service and support units and their employees are increasing. One strategy for overcoming this challenge in the long term is cross-university networks. In this way, the experience, expertise and resources of the individual partners can be shared. As little is known about the actual attitude of service and support staff towards cross-university networking activities in their units, a survey was conducted. The trends emerging from the survey results provide a good orientation framework for the orientation of planned networking activities. In this way, greater acceptance can be achieved at an operational level.
