MaikePlus

The MaikePlus system provides the Executive Board with an evaluation tool for certain key figures (professors). The tool allows the annual evaluation of the key figures and the publication of the results. The tool covers the following functions:

• Preparation of data from upstream systems such as SAP or HIS
• Import of the data
• Necessary (program) adjustments and conversions
• Calculation of the basic data for the key figures
• Report generation
• Publication in the online system developed for this purpose for professors to view the data.

The key figure calculation, average calculations and evaluation are carried out in a separate Excel solution in Controlling.
