The OTOBO trouble ticket system is used in the data center. It is mainly used for the structured and traceable processing of support requests, but offers additional functions for the areas of IT service and security management.
We offer all TU Clausthal institutions the opportunity to use the system in order to process incoming inquiries or orders on the respective subject area in a transparent and comprehensible manner, supported by pre-formulated text modules and structured procedures."
