CD/DVD/BR duplication

Please fill out the form, send it off and then hand in the signed application form at the RZ-Helpdesk.

No media will be created until the application has been submitted and the costs incurred have been paid in advance. The creation of a CD or DVD including printing and cover currently costs €1.00.

For the evaluation of the form it is necessary that all fields marked with an * are filled in!

By submitting the order, you declare that you are authorized to commission the duplication of the data. You indemnify the data center against any claims by third parties that may result from the burning order and are solely responsible for the duplication of the data.
